Allied Lube – CFO
& Director of Human Resources – Franchisee of 120
Jiffy Lubes.
Capodice & Associates was retained to perform a search for Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Director in addition to working with the Founder and CEO on a complete company restructuring.
The organization had grown from 13 units to 120 units within a three year period resulting in out of control administrative growth which lead to a bureaucratic infrastructure who became out of touch with line management needs. Year over year sales were declining as was company profitability.
Result
Although this project is ongoing, here are some early results. We will update you on this project as time goes on.
- Both the Chief financial Officer and Human Resource Director are in place.
- Utilizing the worlds leading assessment method, all Store Managers on up to the CEO have been assessed to determine strengths/weaknesses and where the gaps are in the organization.
- Work competencies have been identified and implemented
- A new operations executive has been identified internally and is in place and active.
- The result after the fist month has been a record sales month, a level the company has never achieved.
