Capodice & Associates was retained to search for a Vice President of Operations and Director of Franchise Sales for an the founder of The Great Steak & Potato Company. The company was adding approximately five units per year and the owner was looking to fuel growth of 20 to 25 new units per year.
Result
- Both searches were successfully completed and both began there roles by the forth quarter of 1999.
- In 2004 the company was sold to the Kahala Group for a significant premium. At the time of sale there were 260 units and an additional 25 restaurants under development.
- The company was named multiple times as the number one Cheese steak Sandwich chain by Entrepreneur Magazine.
